At Strongholt Services our strongest value will always be for and with the next generation. We are in this for the young ones. To help them get better teachers and for us to be of great benefit for the schools who teaching our young geniuses thrive.
A school is supposed to be teaching and preparing the young minds for their world to come, after all they are the ones who will make our world a better place. Then why should a school struggle and try and find teachers and do all that work? They shouldn't! So this is where Strongholt Services comes in.
Born from the longing of being of great benefit for the world through schools, teachers and students.
Strongholt exists as the alternative. A company that measures itself the way a good school would: not by how quickly a gap gets filled, but by whether the person in that role is still growing into it years later. This will help grow the student community when teachers are the right match. We believe that everything is connected and that a strong base starts with the right teachers.
What we won't compromise on

We'll lose a placement before we'll oversell a candidate. We are in this for the greater good.
Relationships before transactions.
We stay in touch with schools and teachers long after a placement is signed to make sure our standards of commitment, quality and wellbeing are in place.

We'd rather tell a school honestly that we don't have the right candidate yet, than send a mismatch to fill the silence.

Our fee model is built so that we have no reason to think otherwise.
